Here's how to request to use the cabin.

1. Register for the site.

2.  Log in.  You will see additional menu items you can select.

3.  Review availability of the cabin for your use.   Click on the "Check Availability" link under "Use the Cabin".  This will bring up a calendar which shows the dates the cabin is in use.  If you have questions about a specific date, call or contact us.

4.  If you see a time that works for you, put in a request for that time in the contact us form.  We'll respond quickly!

5.  Review the rental agreement and we'll send you a deposit amount needed to reserve the time you've requested.  If all looks good, put down your deposit, send us a signed/dated rental agreement and the time is yours once the deposit goes through.

6.  Credit cards are accepted.

7.  Your request/reservation will be reflected on the calendar (available only to logged in users), both on this site and on VRBO.com

8.  If your plans change, please contact us as soon as possible so we can free up the time!  Deposit refunds will be given up to two weeks prior to start date.  After that, forfeiture of deposit will occur unless we can re-sell the time you reserved.  Credit card refunds will be charged an extra 15 dollars.

9.  We'll send you a code which opens up the cabin lock box before you go up.

10.  We've made every effort to ensure the information on this web site is accurate, so you know what you're getting by renting our cabin.   Refunds will generally not be granted, but we want you to have a good time and to come back, so we will make every effort to reasonably and equitably work out any issues to your satisfaction.
